Hiyayakko (tofu block with sauce)
1 pkg. (15 oz.) firm tofu (or softer, if you prefer)
Finely grated fresh ginger, amount to taste
1 scallion, chopped
Cut tofu into sizeable blocks, one block for each person, and put in individual dishes. Top with ginger and scallion, to preference. Add a couple ounces of Memmi to each dish. Serves 3-4.
