New Old Photos!!

From Batmen to Yes Men, Batgirls to Bad Girls, I took more than 4,000 photos of The Team between 1976 and 1993, filling 28 photo albums in the process. About 1,100 of these were scanned for the alumni section of the web site, and you've probably seen them. However, I did not have color correction software in 2003 when I did this. With the 2006 reunion as motivation, I recently went back and color corrected many of the photos, rescanned some at a higher resolution, and, best of all, added about 700 additional scans - photos of yourselves and your friends you haven't seen in years. I hope you enjoy them. (Go to Galleries Section)

From Eric (#71)

Dear Friends,

It is with great joy that I am writing to let you know about the birth of our first child, daughter Sigrid Faith!

She was born Sunday, October 22nd, at 11:18 PM, weighing 7 pounds, 12 ounces, and is 20 inches long. She's got lots of reddish hair, blue eyes, and chubby cheeks. She's beautiful, and she's got her dad wrapped right around her little finger!

Paige was amazing through the labor. I was (and am) in awe. We spent a few days in the hospital, and came home last Tuesday. My parents spent a couple of days with us, helping out a ton, and Paige's mom, Kjeri, is flying in from Washington this Friday to stay with us for about 2 weeks. Paige will be on maternal leave for 3 months, and I am blessed to be able to be home for 6 weeks of paternal leave (plus a week of vacation).

Sigrid (pronounced "Sig-rid," the Americanized version, not "Seeg-rid") is both a Norwegian and Swedish name, and in Norwegian it means "Beautiful Victory." We picked it because we wanted something unusual and Scandinavian, and we love how it sounds.

She's a happy baby, sleeping about 2 hours at a time. We are feeling incredibly blessed, incredibly happy, and incredibly tired! Your prayers would be greatly appreciated.

Below are pix from Sigrid's first couple of days - shots of us getting ready to take her home.
